Vibrational Bliss is an hour session. I prepare with energy clearing the room and the instruments before each client. I prepare myself to be clear and work from my highest good with unconditional love. I use a combination of scientific knowledge of frequencies and intuition for each session. Together we create an intention that is positive for each session, next I guide each client through a short meditation to settle into your energy. I check energy chakras and align with your consent with Tibetan Bowl or tuning forks off the body. Then I use a variety of instruments to guide you into a deep state of relaxation for your body, mind and spirit to do its work. It knows what to do! The vibrations of each instrument help your intention. To finish the session, we rest in silence for your body to recalibrate. I will use my voice to gently bring your consciousness back, grounded and enjoy some water to drink.

Immerse yourself with an hour in half session of empowerment. Before each session I prepare with energy clearing the room and instruments. I clear myself to work from my highest good with unconditioned love. We begin our session with coaching, if needed, about goals, language and your thoughts. Together we create a positive intention to guide us through the session. I will guide you in a short meditation to settle into your mind, body and spirit. I check energy chakras and align with your consent with Tibetan Bowls or tuning forks off the body. Then I check your energetic field with two separate tuning forks that sense energy blockages or energy that is waiting to come back into alignment. I use a variety of instruments to guide you into a deep dive of relaxation, some experiences visions! The vibration of each instrument helps your intention and shift. To finish the session, we rest in silence for your energy to recalibrate. I will use my voice to gently bring your consciousness back, grounded and enjoy some water to drink.
